Due to our evolving care and lifestyle delivery, we are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. To be considered for this vacancy, you must have a valid full UK driving licence and a car.
Location and Pay
Location: Across Sunderland & Surrounding Areas.
* Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.
* Hours: Part time hours available per week. Rota basis including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7am and 10pm.
* Travel: Travel expenses covered. Mileage paid at £0.43 per mile. Parking available at each site.
* Bonus: Receive a £300 bonus when you pass probation.

About the Role
This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers, and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services. Tasks include assisting with personal care, household tasks, offering companionship, and supporting wellbeing activities. You are also expected to maintain communal areas within our developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Individual Homeowners by providing personalised care, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance. Offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for all homeowners.
* Provide social support by assisting homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and attending appointments, enhancing their overall well‑being and social connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Skills & Experience: Ideally you will have previous experience in a care environment with a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, but training will be provided for those looking to change careers.
* Driving Licence: A valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility: Ability to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late evenings, and alternate weekends.
