✔ Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
✔ Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
✔ Own chef whites and knives
✔ Confident running a kitchen independently
✔ Reliable, organised, and able to work to tight service times
✔ Team player with a hands-on approach
✔ Passion for producing quality meals
Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for students
Managing deliveries and stock storage
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
Following food safety and school compliance standards
Working efficiently to meet service deadlines
