About the Opportunity:
Norton Court Farm (938 acres) is seeking a values-aligned partner to take the lead on developing a regenerative, low-input beef enterprise. This is not a conventional job — it’s a long-term partnership with autonomy, shared vision, and real scope to build a thriving business within a wider regenerative farming system.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Establish and manage a holistic, grass-fed beef enterprise (up to 200 animals/year)
* Integrate with other on-farm enterprises (e.g., dairy, arable)
* Explore premium markets (direct sales or trusted distributors)
* Help shape a farm model focused on soil health, biodiversity, and animal welfare
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in livestock management (especially beef systems)
* Entrepreneurial drive and collaborative mindset
* Willingness to commit long-term (5+ years)
