In this role, you will support residents to live meaningful, purposeful lives by delivering individual and group activities tailored to their interests, abilities and goals. You will work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to plan, implement and evaluate lifestyle programs that promote wellbeing, connection and enjoyment. Your work will involve facilitating social activities, supporting residents with hobbies, encouraging participation, and creating opportunities for residents to experience joy and connection. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, understands person‑centred care, and brings creativity, empathy and initiative to their work. We have two fixed term part time roles available until December 2026. Hours required are as follows: Monday and Wednesday 9.30am - 4pm Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 4pm About the Team The Gracewood Centre is home to a collaborative and supportive team that places residents at the centre of every decision.
