Job Description
* Engage with customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
* Turn complex situations into positive outcomes with empathy and efficiency.
* Guide customers through our products and services with confidence.
* Accurately log customer interactions to help track performance and identify trends.
* Identify trends and share findings with the wider team.
* Escalate any complex queries to senior team members.
* Liase with the wider business to resolve complex issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Aftersales Advisor should have:
* Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.
* Confident communication and active listening skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Comfortable in using CRM systems.
* Positive empathetic attitude.
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
