Quantitative Analyst – Execution Research (Market Making)

A leading data-driven sports analytics firm is hiring a Quantitative Analyst to join its Execution Research team. This role sits at the intersection of quant research, algorithmic trading, and market making, applying predictive models to real-time sports betting markets.
You’ll design and optimise automated market making and execution strategies, working across pricing, liquidity, risk, and order placement in both pre-event and in-play environments. The role spans the full lifecycle - from research and modelling through to production deployment.
Requirements:
• Strong background in statistics / maths / data science (MSc/PhD or equivalent)
• Experience with probabilistic modelling + model evaluation
• Strong Python/R skills (production-level coding)
• Interest in trading, market making, or betting markets
Exposure to trading systems, market microstructure, or ML techniques is a plus.
