Position: Level 3 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)
Hours: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week | £13.01 per hour | Monday – Friday
Welcome to Footsteps Lichfield Hawthorn Nursery & Pre-School, where we create a warm, home-from-home environment for children from birth to 5 years. Our nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (January 2025), is designed to provide quality childcare that fosters growth and development.

Your Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Bring passion and commitment to working in childcare
* Work shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Commit to continual development and improvement
* Have sound knowledge of the EYFS
* Hold qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator
