As Farm Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for the completion and management of on farm Audits and follow up and close out of NC's in line with our customer standards. You will maintain an up to date farm list and report this weekly to the Supply Chain department. You will support the site supply chain Department to maintain and update the Farm database in line with Customer codes of practice and legislation to ensure compliance on all our farms.
Typical duties:
Organise and arrange an agreed number of farm audits each week.
Complete on farm audits to our customer standards and Codes of Practice
Follow up and close out of NC's in accordance with agreed time frames
Maintain an up to date farm suppliers list and report this weekly
Manage all associated administration work
To trend, monitor & investigate on Farm NC's and report findings to management / customers with the end goal of driving improvement in farm standards.
To liaise with and continually develop relationships with management, suppliers, and customers on a regular basis.
Collect data on farm as required and directed by the Supply Chain Manager
Any other duties as reasonably required
Requirements:
* Experience of Audit or On Farm Data collection would be advantageous although full training will be provided
* Full driving license
* Willing to travel to and from farms on a daily basis from across NI
* Experience within the Agricultural sector in NI
* To be considered for the Farm Compliance officer role, you will ideally have an agri related qualification, subject and possess Agricultural experience and be comfortable with meeting farmers on a daily basis.
* Excellent administration skills are essential.
