The Job Role
* Working closely with the General Manager you’ll lead the team to exceed guests expectations by delivering an efficient, yet relaxed service through your hands-on approach.
* The Operations Manager will oversee a team of strong HOD's to ensure the hotel is operating at the high levels currently being delivered.
* Working a mix of early and late shifts across the week and weekend to suit business needs
* The successful Operations Manager will be driving service and product standards through the F&B outlets
The Requirements
* A current Hotel Operations Manager or strong HOD with knowledge and experience in a similar role, having previously worked in food and beverage.
* You will be used to high volume and delivering high standards whilst working under pressure.
* You’ll motivate, educate and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience.
* A passion for service is a must
* Ability to comfortably deal with any customer queries efficiently and professionally.
