Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. In this fee-earning but non-advisory role, you will support our Client Advisers in servicing employee benefits arrangements, ensuring clients receive an exceptional standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services:
* Provide scheme support for Group Risk & Healthcare clients, delivering work to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
* Draft client-specific written reports and correspondence.
* Liaise with insurers, introducing firms, and other stakeholders to establish benefits in line with client requirements and ensure scheme renewals run smoothly.
* Research product markets and obtain insurer illustrations, technical information, and provider updates.
* Analyse data to assist advisers with client recommendations (for both establishment and renewal).
* Identify, log, and escalate risks, breaches, or errors, ensuring mitigation actions are implemented.
Key Skills and Experience
* Excellent client service skills - previous employee benefits experience is essential for this role - PMI & Group Risk
* Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience of report and letter writing
