Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the tandoori section of the kitchen.
2. Prepare and marinate meats and fish using traditional spices and techniques.
3. Cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including chicken tikka, lamb chops, kebabs, and tandoori naan.
4. Assist the head chef in creating new menu items and improving existing dishes.
5. Ensure food is cooked and presented according to restaurant standards.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
7. Monitor food stock and assist in ordering ingredients for the tandoori section.
8. Support the head chef in managing and developing the kitchen team.

Salary: £29,000 – £39,000 yearly
