? Key Skills Required:
* Joinery / Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
* Basic roofing work (dormers, Velux installation)
* Plasterboarding and minor plastering
* Basic plumbing and electrics (desirable, not essential)
* General building knowledge
* Ability to read drawings and work independently
