Job Description:
As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. The role requires flexibility with shifts, which may vary, and involves travel between different client locations. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 days shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring procedures and processes are correctly followed
* Maintaining high customer service standards across all sites

Person Specification:
* Valid Full Driving License
* Effective communication skills across all levels
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Effective time management and independence in work
* Willingness and ability to travel
Note: The role involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail environments, including high-level stock areas.
