Inside Account Executive / Sales Representative responsibilities include:
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects
* Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
* Enhance all customer connections in a manner that ensures great customer retention and high renewal rates as measured by quarterly results.
* Keep up with product and service information and updates.
* Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges.
* Provide both point-of-sale and post-sale support for producer and client relationships.
