We’re Hiring: Assistant Talent Manager (2+ Years Experience Required)
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Talent Manager to join our growing, close-knit agency team.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in talent management, influencer partnerships or a similar agency environment.
Hybrid Working
UK-based | 2 days in-office | 3 days remote
The Role
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and manage day-to-day operations across a roster of talent and brand partnerships.
This is a fast-paced environment where initiative is essential. We are a small team, which means everyone wears multiple hats. We need someone confident enough to make decisions, solve problems and move projects forward without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and managing talent relationships
* Running and executing brand campaigns end-to-end
* Liaising directly with brands and external partners
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions
* Managing schedules, deliverables and deadlines
* Identifying growth opportunities for talent
* Ensuring campaigns are delivered professionally and efficiently
You Must Have
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent management, creator partnerships, or a relevant agency role
* Experience working directly with talent and brands
* Strong understanding of digital culture and social platforms
* Experience handling contracts and campaign execution
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
