The Role
* Lead day-to-day restaurant operations within a premium Mayfair environment
* Maintain and elevate service standards across the floor
* Drive team training and ongoing development
* Be a visible and confident presence on the floor
* Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clientele
* Work closely with senior leadership to push performance and guest experience
The Person
* Understands Mayfair and premium hospitality environments
* Standards and quality driven with strong attention to detail
* Confident, warm and impactful in guest interaction
* Strong front-of-house presence with personality and polish
* Back-of-house knowledge advantageous; WSET desirable
* Training focused with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire
* Hands-on, accountable and commercially aware
