You’ll be part of a small, consistent team supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes – with minimum 60-minute visits and plenty of time to build real relationships. About the Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll visit clients in their own homes across Basingstoke and nearby areas, providing person‑centred support to adults with a range of needs, including: Older adults and adults under 65 People living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions or physical disabilities You’ll be supporting with: Companionship and conversation Help with washing, dressing and personal care Medication prompts Meal preparation and light household tasks Support to get out and about in the community Full training is provided — no previous care experience required, just the right values.
