Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading HVAC Solutions Provider.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator responsible to plan and schedule the work of engineers, provide service support and quoting of works on heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator must have knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical within the Building Services industry.
Package –
* £30,000-£40,000

* 23 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role:
* Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
* Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
* Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
* Must be able to commute to the office in Macclesfield.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements:
* Experience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role with a HVAC engineering employer
* The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
* Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.
* Must be able to commute to the office in Macclesfield.
