Key Duties will Include:

As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for care leavers and support the development of junior colleagues.

4. Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.
5. SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.
6. Full Driving License.
