About the job
The successful applicant must meet the requirements for a Grade 8 social worker in the Fostering service, as detailed in the Job Description and Person Specification. Responsibilities include undertaking connected person assessments in collaboration with the child's social worker, contributing to care planning, and offering recommendations on carer suitability and ability to meet the child's specific needs, especially under least intrusive legal orders. You will also propose support plans for carers to address vulnerabilities through support services.

* Strong teamwork, communication, organizational, and IT skills are essential.
