Ocean Housing is offering an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service that truly puts tenants first. What You’ll Do: You’ll manage a designated geographical patch, providing essential services such as: Estate and tenancy management Tenancy checks and estate inspections Monitoring grounds maintenance and communal cleaning contracts Supporting tenants by signposting to relevant agencies Letting properties (including garages) Logging repairs and facilitating tenant participation Driving community development and liaising with supported housing staff Tackling anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes in partnership with other agencies What We’re Looking For: A Level Grade A-C or equivalent Level 3 qualification Experience in social housing management and face-to-face customer service Strong administrative and organisational skills Confidence in handling challenging situations with empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism Ability to travel across locations and a Standard DBS check For more information please refer to the Job Description & Person Specification Why Ocean Housing?
