Job Title: Care Assistant – Days. Salary: £13.62ph (£12.62 for 18‑21 year olds). Hours: Full Time (7am‑7pm, x3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends). Location: Oxendon House Care Home, Market Harborough, LE16 8NE.

Role Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
* Provide the highest level of care in supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Maintain 100% completion of all mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements as a Care Assistant
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Reside within 30 minutes of the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* A caring and nurturing attitude.
* A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
* Time management and organisational skills.
