About Our Client

Job Description
* Ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
* Guaranteeing that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.
* Monitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.
* Adhering to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date & accurate records.
* Directly manages the club Maintenance Engineer and organises work rotations and individual assignments.
* Managing the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.
* Acts as point of contact for all external technicians and companies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'M&E Maintenance Manager' should have:
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as health and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
