We’re partnering with a leading professional membership organisation to recruit an experienced People Adviser to join their People & OD team.
The role
You’ll act as a trusted HR partner, supporting managers across the full employee life cycle while contributing to key people initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities
âś” Provide expert advice on employee relations and HR matters
âś” Manage a varied HR caseload (ER, absence, performance, flexible working)
âś” Support organisational change and culture initiatives
âś” Build strong relationships with stakeholders
âś” Use HR data to provide insights and support decision-making
About you
âś” CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
âś” Strong generalist HR background
âś” Solid UK employment law knowledge
âś” Confident managing ER cases independently
âś” Strong stakeholder and communication skills
This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension or longer-term opportunities.
The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days onsite at our client’s offices in London (W1G) and offers a pay rate of £24.33 per hour.
