Job Overview:
As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations. Your expertise will assist in producing comprehensive health and well-being reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve, all while maintaining your respected healthcare license.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
* Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to develop tailored care plans.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
* Provide clear explanations to clients regarding assessments and outcomes.
* Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Criteria:
* Valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
* Full registration with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
* At least one year of post-registration experience.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Valid driving license or access to reliable transport.
* Ability to pass government vetting including DBS or Access NI check.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
