Evri is transforming into a truly product-centric organisation, and we're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help lead that journey. As the UK's leading consumer delivery specialist, we're obsessed with creating the ultimate delivery experience. That means building a fully connected, fully self-serve ecosystem across Customers, Clients and Couriers, all centred around our app.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of our mobile experience, working alongside our Principal Product Manager within the Customer & Client pillar. You'll turn customer insight into action, champion seamless app journeys, and help us build an experience where customers want to engage with us.
Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Product Manager:
Own and manage a ruthlessly prioritised mobile product roadmap
Lead your squad in delivering high-quality app features at pace
Partner with UX, Data, Tech and senior stakeholders to translate customer needs into product excellence
Use data to measure impact, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Connect mobile app performance to client, operational and business outcomes
Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders
Define and deliver product vision aligned with enterprise strategy
Meet OKRs and contribute to wider organisational product goals
Translate problems, insights and opportunities into clear product outcomes
Facilitate ideation, validation and continuous discovery with your squad
Own backlog prioritisation and partner with Delivery Managers to ship the right features at the right time
Manage product risks, budgeting and go-to-market support
Champion alignment across design, engineering, commercial and operations
Still interested? Great news! Here's what you'll bring:
4–5+ years' experience as a Product Manager, ideally within mobile apps
Deep customer-centric mindset with hands-on research experience
Strong analytical ability — comfortable with spreadsheets, exploring data and generating insight
Bonus: experience with tools like PowerBI or SQL
A collaborative, curious approach, able to work with technical and non-technical teams
Experience delivering at pace within agile product teams
