As an SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, while also playing a key role in execution and performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and delivering SEO strategies across a portfolio of client accounts.
* Leading on technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
* Conducting audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
* Monitoring performance and reporting on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
* Collaborating with Content, Paid Media, and Development teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
* Building strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
* Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where required.
You’ll typically work across multiple clients, giving you variety, ownership, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Skills & Experience

* 2+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment.
* A well-rounded understanding of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
* Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience managing client relationships and delivering against objectives.
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
