Amazing we know! Typical day as a Support Worker Meeting with customers to create support plans and determine their support needs. Our customers are Single Homeless Men with complex needs. Supporting customers with daily living activities such as budgeting, accessing local services, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too. Facilitating property maintenance and Health and Safety checks. You'll be based at our staff office in our hostel, however this role is to support customers in our move on properties. These properties are all in Guildford, you will need to be able to travel to these properties independently, whether that is walking, cycling or driving (we'll pay your petrol!)
