Exciting Opportunity in Are you looking for your next challenge?? We’re looking for a Project Assistant. We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and driven Project Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors. The successful candidate will also provide holiday coverage for one other department head. This role demands excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong IT skill set being advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Prepare products for in-house photo and video shoots.
* Provide coverage for the Head of Department when necessary.
* Manage a mix of desk-based (70%) and active, hands-on product support tasks (30%).
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
