Salt is excited to once again collaborate with a leading Health Service client, who are looking to hire a talented SME Marketing Manager to help grow and support a network of small businesses promoting their app features. If you’re passionate about B2B marketing, love working with small businesses, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
This is a 3 month contract opportunity, fully remote operating and ideally ASAP starting.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Lead acquisition campaigns to bring more small businesses onto the platform.
* Create smart, engaging marketing content across email, social, and case studies.
* Build an effective partner engagement programme to keep businesses active and informed.
* Collaborate with wider internal teams (i.e. product, UX, and partner-support) to create consistent and compelling messaging.
* Measure performance and optimise campaigns through the use of data-driven insights.
* Effectively feed back partner insights to help shape the future of the proposition.
* Managing campaigns and requirements within our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
Key Skills Required:
* Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally with local or small retailers.
* A track record of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence evaluating ROI and engagement.
* Good understanding of acquisition funnels, partner ecosystems, and retail dynamics.
* Experience working with suppliers such as agencies and fulfilment partners.
* Creativity, clear communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Hold an interest in AI and new marketing technologies.
* CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
