As the Head of Operational Performance, you will play a key role in ensuring Ashford and St Peters Hospitals meet performance targets, delivering high-quality, efficient care. Collaborating with senior leaders, clinical teams, and external partners, youll develop performance strategies that drive continuous improvement and support the Trusts goals.
Youll guide teams in service improvements, capacity planning, and performance monitoring, using tools like Power BI to deliver data insights for decision-making. By engaging with stakeholders, youll ensure services meet national and local standards and remain efficient and patient-focused.
Leading modernisation efforts, youll improve operational efficiency and foster a high-performance culture. Acting as a mentor and advisor, youll help leaders address challenges and maintain effective service delivery.
