Premises Manager at TES FE News, North London Scouts. North London Scouts are looking for an exceptional and motivated individual to create an excellent and safe environment for our Young People to learn skills for life.
Premises Manager
This role takes day-to-day responsibility for the team that oversees promotion, bookings, safety, maintenance and security across our two sites.
Locations
* Scout Park – a beautiful and busy eight-acre campsite in Bounds Green with a number of halls and activities, conveniently located just a short walk from the Piccadilly line tube station and close to the North Circular Road.
* The Ramsay Scout Centre – a modern set of halls and meeting rooms on Holloway Road in Islington.
North London Scout District covers a range of diverse areas in London and we pride ourselves on being able to provide an excellent variety of exciting Scouting activities at all levels. This role is integral to creating the right environment and facilities to support the sustainability and growth of these activities.

Salary And Benefits
* Salary: £37.5k – £47.5k range (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
* Bonus: This role has access to our management bonus scheme (up to 10% of base salary) for performance
* Benefits: This role comes with a generous benefits package including training, an annual activity instructor training allowance, volunteering leave, flexible working, pension, generous parental leave and sickness entitlements, an employee assistance programme, and the ability to sacrifice salary to gain up to ten days additional leave.
