Here’s what we offer: Competitive Salary Discounted Holidays at our picturesque UK holiday parks Discounted Meals at on-site restaurants 30 Days Holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 35 days with service (pro-rata for part-time) Company Sick Pay Pension Scheme & Life Assurance Continuous Training & Development Opportunities Be part of a company with 90 years of family values and a commitment to sustainability What You’ll Do As a Hot Tub Maintenance Person, you will: Work as part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of PPE Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dependable, proactive team member with: Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience (desirable) COSHH experience working with commercial cleaning chemicals Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers Desirable: Photometer usage, Pool Plant qualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation Why Choose Haulfryn?
