About the role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering immersive brand activations and experiential campaigns that connect with audiences and create lasting impact. You’ll manage and grow key client relationships while helping to shape engaging, insight-led experiences.
What you’ll be doing day to day
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner
* Developing clear, insight-led briefs that inspire standout experiential ideas
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of brand activation, experiential and integrated campaigns
* Bringing ideas to life across live events, pop-ups, retail environments and beyond
* Managing and mentoring junior team members
* Overseeing budgets, timelines and proposals to ensure seamless execution
* Collaborating with internal teams, production partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences
About you
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences. You’ll love seeing ideas come to life and enjoy working closely with clients to deliver impactful, memorable campaigns.
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a Senior Account Manager, with strong client ownership
* Background in a marketing, creative, BTL activations or experiential agency
* Experience working with FMCG, retail, food or drink brands
* A passion for brand experiences, live activations and bringing ideas into the real world
* A confident communicator who builds lasting client relationships
* Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
* Someone ambitious and excited to grow with the agency
