Join our dynamic team as an HCM Compensation & Benefit Consultant, where you will be instrumental in driving ambitious growth and pioneering positive change in the industry. Day-to-day of the role:
* Own the end-to-end solution for specified HCM modules from initial conception through to configuration and testing.
* Document business requirements, configurations, and transformational goals to achieve client objectives.
* Support the Solution Architect and Project Manager in managing scope, plans, and budget.
* Lead your area of the project in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
* Build and maintain close relationships with client senior stakeholders.
* Be responsible for the specification and documentation of functional and integration designs and extensions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Multiple years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients.
* Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration, and implementation, with at least 2 completed end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefit projects.
* Exposure to Oracle Fast formulas.
* Evidence of appropriate Oracle vendor formal training, skills development, and certification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
* Proven ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.
* Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
* Ability to engage and respond effectively to client’s senior stakeholder groups.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% if necessary.
