The Role The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Senior Associate (5 years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Key Responsibilities: Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters. Working on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues. Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
