My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury jewellery team. This individual will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience, while also managing customer repairs and aftercare with precision, empathy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
* Deliver a personalised customer experience, building long-term client relationships.
* Oversee and coordinate the repair and after-sales service process, acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries.
* Ensure all repairs are handled efficiently, with clear client communication throughout.
* Support boutique operations and maintain the highest standards of presentation and organisation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, head office, and the Atelier.
Requirements:
* Strong background in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery.
* Experience managing customer repairs and aftercare services.
* Proven clienteling skills and the ability to build loyal relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
