Job Description Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3 Hourly Rate: Up to £12.50 | Full-Time Hours, All Year Round If you’re a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real difference in children’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you. What We’re Looking For Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for early childhood education. Key Responsibilities Support Early Years Learning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s development in line with the EYFS framework. Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, education, and communication. Partner with Parents: Build strong, positive relationships with families to support each child’s individual needs.
