A well-established, privately owned property investment office in Hampstead, overseeing a significant portfolio of privately owned residential properties, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join their close-knit team.
Overview:
* Job title: Office Manager
* Location: Hampstead
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
* Work hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
The business operates with a collaborative and supportive culture, where each team member plays an integral role in the smooth running of the portfolio. This is a pivotal position supporting Directors and Property Managers while ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the office.
As Office Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination within the business. Overseeing administration, supporting the senior team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
* Team Coordination: Diary management, scheduling and full administrative support for a team of six, including Directors and Property Managers.
* Office Operations: Oversee daily office management to ensure structure, efficiency and organisation.
* Bookkeeping & Data Management: Manage invoicing, data entry and financial record keeping.
* Property Coordination: Liaise with maintenance contractors to organise repairs and ensure timely completion.
* Communication: Professionally manage incoming calls and correspondence.
* Document Management: Maintain accurate filing systems and oversee documentation processes.
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being a key support within a small team.
Experience & Skills Required:
* 3–5 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Property Administrator, Lettings Administrator or Property Management role.
* Previous experience within the property sector is highly desirable.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive, solutions-focused approach with strong telephone manner.
