Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while fostering a safe, nurturing environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals
* Ensure safeguarding and high standards of care are met
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements
* Develop tailored care plans and therapeutic support strategies
Requirements:
* Level 5 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)
* Previous experience managing a children s residential home
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and EBD
* Effective leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
