Drainage Team Leader
Location: South Coast
Full time - Monday to Friday
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Drainage Team Leader to oversee and support our on-site surveying operations. This position will be responsible for leading a small team carrying out drainage connectivity tasks and ensuring all work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Role Responsibilities:
As Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day site activities while working hands-on with the team across a range of drainage surveys, including:
* Leading connectivity and manhole surveys
* Planning and coordinating CCTV drainage investigations
* Overseeing accurate data collection and reporting
* Ensuring quality standards are met at all times
* Guiding and developing survey assistants on site
* Managing workloads to meet project deadlines
Who We’re Looking For:
A proactive leader who understands drainage survey work, can motivate a team, and delivers high-quality results under time pressure. Strong communication skills, an organised approach, and the ability to work safely on site are essential.
