Job Title: Sous Chef
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef for a stunning Michelin-starred establishment in Central London. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all main kitchen sections, with at least 3 AA Rosettes or 1 Michelin Star recognition.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing kitchen operations and ensuring quality standards.
2. Support the head chef in menu development and kitchen management.
3. Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety standards.
4. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within a Michelin-starred or AA Rosette-accredited kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Salary: £50,000 per annum
* Working Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
