Role Overview: We are looking for a Group Internal Controls Manager to join our team as part of the ongoing development of the Group’s financial control reporting journey. This is being developed and trained to our Operating Companies (OpCo). The role will be primarily focused upon testing our OpCo versus the control expectations and agreeing appropriate action plans with local management. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on… Testing our OpCo on their compliance against established control expectations Supporting OpCo to put in place in appropriate action plans where standards not being met Ensuring action plans are supported by local and regional management Where needed provide continued support and engagement to OpCo to ensure actions are being embedded sustainably by local OpCo Develop and maintain Internal Controls methodology and support our OpCo to ensure ongoing compliance Be part of a wider Internal Controls team and be involved in other ad hoc controls support activities as needed Your previous experience is likely to include…. Experience of working in a multi-national environment and working across large teams. Experience of IT controls and broader controls compliance testing Internal controls and/or Audit experience is desirable Full or part qualified accounting qualification ( desired, though not necessarily essential) University degree with strong academics.
