About the Role As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in and out of the classroom. You may assist with whole-class learning, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help ensure students remain engaged and on track with their studies. You will: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Assist with classroom management and behaviour support Help adapt learning materials to meet the needs of all learners Provide support for students with additional needs where required Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment This role offers flexibility, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term placements, allowing you to gain varied experience across different school settings.
