SEN Teacher – London

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced teacher who can plan and deliver high-quality, individualised learning for pupils with diverse needs. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a variety of SEN profiles
* Support pupils with autism, including understanding sensory needs, communication differences and social development
* Work with children with a range of additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and learning disabilities
* Create and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies
* Maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Strong knowledge of autism and SEN needs
* Experience working within a specialist or inclusive education setting
* Excellent communication and behaviour-support skills
* A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing
