Role: Executive Assistant to Chairman Location: Skipton Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 pa - dependent on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm Hybrid: 2 days per week available Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the Chairman and another Senior Management member. The successful candidate will be confident in managing complex and competing demands within a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant role: Act as a central point of coordination for senior leaders, managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, visa requirements and ensuring full compliance with travel policies and regulations. Own the organisation and delivery of executive level meetings and key business events, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, preparing agendas and presentation materials, capturing actions and minutes and leading the planning of major company wide initiatives and events. Proactively manage executive diaries, balancing competing priorities, scheduling meetings, coordinating leave approvals and overseeing the timely processing of expenses. Provide hands on project support across key strategic and business critical initiatives, ensuring plans remain on track and outcomes are delivered efficiently. Maintain and manage internal systems and records, ensuring contracts and critical documentation are accurately filed, audit ready and compliant with internal and external requirements. Support compliance related activities and contribute to company led initiatives, actively embracing and promoting internal best practices to help drive continuous improvement across the business. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, supporting senior leaders and confidently managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to handle complex administrative tasks, with the flexibility and responsiveness required to support senior executives. Highly detail oriented and IT literate, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, professionally and with discretion.
