We are looking for a reliable and thorough House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping residential spaces tidy, organized, and spotless, ensuring a pleasant and clean environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a solid work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
At Southern Prime Cleaning, we offer competitive pay, with earnings averaging nearly £4 more per hour compared to other cleaners in the area, as we value the hard work and dedication of our team. In exchange, we expect trust, reliability, and a commitment to top-notch quality in every task you complete.
You will have the freedom to create your own schedule through our platform, selecting the hours that work best for you within our service zones, ranging from Southampton to Basingstoke. Our friendly support team is available to assist you, handling client bookings and taking care of customer service matters so you can focus entirely on cleaning. We also handle all payments for completed work.
Southern Prime Cleaning is a locally owned business committed to fair compensation and treating our cleaners well. Compared to other services, we offer a wage above the local minimum wage. Specific job details will be shared during your interview.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties across various areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a neat and tidy environment.
* Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and clean windows as necessary.
* Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for smooth operations.
* Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues found while cleaning.
* Provide top-tier customer service by understanding and fulfilling client needs.
* Adhere to established cleaning standards to ensure consistent service quality.
Desired Skills
* Prior experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is a plus.
* Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills to complete jobs efficiently.
* Meticulous attention to detail to meet the highest cleanliness standards.
