What You’ll Do
* Provide high‑quality, tailored financial advice to HNW individuals, families, and institutions.
* Manage and deepen client relationships, delivering strategies across investments, pensions, tax planning, and estate structuring.
* Proactively grow your book through referrals, networking, and high‑quality leads.
* Work collaboratively with a talented internal team including Business Development, Paraplanning, and Admin.
* Stay ahead of financial trends to ensure your clients receive the most up‑to‑date guidance.
What You Bring
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser/Wealth Adviser.
* Level 4 Diploma (required), Level 6/Chartered status (preferred).
* Experience working with high‑net‑worth and complex client needs.
* A proven track record of delivering outstanding advice and client outcomes.
* Ambition, integrity, and a desire to build something that’s yours.
