Your role and responsibilities - Residential Child Care Worker
* You will ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, supporting their education, daily needs, and participation in activities.
* You will support care teams across multiple homes in the same area.
* Full induction, shadow shifts, and training, including Therapeutic Parenting, will be provided.
* We will communicate regularly about your availability. We require you to cover as many shifts as possible, with at least one shift every four weeks to remain in the role.

* Hourly rate between £12.75 and £13.53, plus £80 per sleep payment, depending on qualifications.
* Opportunity to cover 24-hour shifts, including sleepovers, or part-time daytime shifts.

Desirable qualities
* One year's experience with children or young adults.
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
* Knowledge of regulatory codes (SSSC, Ofsted).
* Existing PVG/DBS or willingness to obtain.
