Abbey Farm Educate Together is a new free school that opened to reception class and pre-school pupils in September 2022, in a brand-new building. The school will eventually serve 420 pupils, plus pre-school and will act as a community hub for residents of the new Abbey Farm development. We are part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Bristol, Bath, Keynsham and Weston-Super-Mare.
We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Facilities Team. The successful candidate will work alongside our cleaning supervisor to ensure the premises continues to provide a stunning setting for children to learn within.
This is a permanent, part-time role (five days a week Monday to Friday ). Hours of work can be discussed at the interview but will be either 6.30am to 9.30am or 3pm to 6pm for a total of 15 hours per week. This post is term-time (including inset days ) plus one week in Christmas holidays, one week in Easter Holidays and 2 weeks in Summer Holidays. The working hours in the holidays can be flexible and can be arranged to suit.
All our cleaning staff are very much part of our staff team at Abbey Farm , making sure the school is a clean and safe environment in which children can learn.
Salary is £12.65per hour. Actual salary is £9,244per annum.
The closing date is 26th June at 9am and the interviews will take place shortly afterwards. The successful candidate will start in September.
